Returns:

Due to the nature of the product, candles and wax melts cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact me at midslumberprodcuts@gmail.com or reach me through the CONTACT page to resolve the issue.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, you must let me know within 24 hours of placing an order. I will do my best to accommodate any requests after this period, however once the shipping process begins orders can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping:

Midslumber Products utilizes USPS for shipping and happily provides tracking numbers for your peace of mind.

Please verify all shipping information inputted before placing your order as I am unable to update once the shipping process has begun. Should you discover an error before the order is fulfilled, please contact me immediately.

Processing:

Processing times typically range between 6-12 Business Days and domestic shipping times range between 1-7 Business Days (excluding Sunday).  Midslumber Products is not responsible for any potential shipping delays after an order is dropped off at the post office, however I am happy to investigate/attempt to resolve any potential issues that may arise.
